Introduce yourself in 2 sentences!
Strategically spontaneous and half woman, half calendar. A master of networking and finding interesting events. Having lived in various places while working remotely for years, I probably know someone who knows someone almost anywhere in the world. My favorite places to work and live are the Greek islands, New York, and Japan. I manage to establish good communication with almost anyone, and that’s always a challenge I enjoy. I can have a great time and make connections, even chatting with Japanese people through Google Translate without saying a single word aloud.
What are you currently working on, and what does your position involve?
I am a trainer and coach for professional development, focusing on management skills, product management, and remote work. I also work as a product management consultant with extensive international experience, mostly in the U.S. market for SaaS.
What motivates you in your work?
I’m motivated by the challenge of discovering and growing, combining my diverse experiences from multiple fields, and finding new ways to use them. I enjoy helping others reach their full potential, uncovering and defining challenges, and then finding creative solutions for them.
What do you do in your free time?
Attending cultural and professional events, creative writing, reading, learning about transactional analysis and new coaching tools, and running.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself or your work?
I graduated in Journalism and Communication Studies at the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade. For the past 7 years, I’ve been working in IT within a fully remote environment, after transitioning from roles in media, marketing, and the nonprofit sector in Serbia and Slovenia.
