As a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in maintenance operations, I currently work as the Operations and Analysis Manager at the Swiss company Obermatt AG. Besides my technical expertise, I've been engaged in multimedia design for a long time, which helps me visualize complex data and processes. In my free time, I am dedicated to discussing and addressing urban mobility and sustainability issues, believing that innovative approaches can improve the quality of life in our city.
What are you currently working on, and what does your position involve?
I am currently the Operations and Analysis Manager. The main product my company focuses on is an algorithm for analyzing and ranking company performance on global stock exchanges. My role includes overseeing software-related processes, organizing data collection for analysis, working on website and user application improvements, and supporting marketing operations. Given that we recently launched our first financial product (an index available for purchase on the Swiss stock exchange), I am heavily involved in this product, as it is directly linked to our analysis.
What motivates you in your work?
Mainly, the successes of the past year. From launching a new product, in whose creation I was directly involved, to seeing its outstanding performance. Additionally, the very friendly relationships with my colleagues and company owners are a great motivation.
What do you do in your free time?
I work on personal projects, renovate my apartment, play with my cat Fredi, play games, and avidly read and discuss urbanism issues in Belgrade.
